My fitness Life

I've started a new blog, myfitnesslife.blogspot.com. It's a journal for myself but I think it's also good for others that are interested to help me stay motivated and on track. I weigh around 165 now and my goal is to get to 145 by May 31st. So if you're interested you can keep you eye on me and my progress.
